The delay in beginning construction has been due to two factors outside of our immediate control: 1. Environmental Health Permit – We are still in the process of securing approval, as the easement location has required additional review. 2. Loan Processing – Our bank loan took longer than expected to finalize, but I am pleased to share that we have officially closed on the loan. With financing now secured, construction is scheduled to begin on September 22, 2025. In the meantime, we are continuing to work diligently to obtain the environmental permit so that the project can move forward without further interruption. We greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration of this extension request. Please let me know if any additional documentation or updates are needed. Sincerely, Jennifer Ennis 919-209-8615 On Mon, Sep 22, 2025 at 9:38?AM Jennifer Ennis wrote: Yes, I will. When I resubmit do I simply need to resubmit the affidavit, application, and gis map? I just want to make it as easy as possible for you :( I will call right now and pay $25.00. I will also email you separately from this email for the extension. Thank you so much. On Mon, Sep 22, 2025 at 9:34?AM Donna Johnson wrote: Cool. Also, you have a $25.00 fee for the extended land use application for the RV. Can you call to pay that? Also, I don’t know if I ever got the reason in an email of why you needed the land use for the RV extended. Can you resend if you did and if you did not, I need that to extend this permit for you. However I know whenever we submit new site plans we have to have the environmental come back out. I just don’t want to get evicted from my property so I’m trying to make this as easy as possible but I’m failing. On Sun, Sep 21, 2025 at 2:52?PM Jennifer Ennis wrote: Do you want the good news or the bad news first??? Well since there has been very little good news in this whole saga I’ll start with that WE CLOSED ON OUR CONSTRUCTION LOAN!!!!!!! Let me know what proof you will need to prove we are moving forward on the build Now the bad news. The original lines are completely in the setback and easement which we both know what that means…..we have to have new lines somewhere We think the people that originally owned the property had it drawn in there for a right away to the back property that they have a house on. This would have given them a way to have a road front entrance if they wanted. However they had it drawn in wrong we THINK. The power company had no idea there was an easement there SOOOOO SINCE that is not an easy thing to fix or take care of in the time we have we are prepared to find a solution to this problem lol. AND with all that said since we can’t use that space for the foreseeable future can we move the house over and I resubmit site plan since environmental has to come back out anyway? We would just be moving it over towards the easement side of the property. Obviously leaving the easement distance needed and setback distance needed. If you need to call me. Please do??. I AM SO SORRY BUT AT LEAST YOU ARE CLOSE TO BEING DONE WITH ME ?? On Fri, Sep 19, 2025 at 4:31?PM Donna Johnson wrote: ?? Sincerely, Donna Johnson Project Coordinator / Customer Service Rep. I was just looking on the gis survey and just was curious On Thu, Sep 18, 2025 at 4:45?PM Jennifer Ennis wrote: Yes, I did. He was actually out yesterday too but he called me this morning. We have the surveyor coming out Saturday to mark what he wants marked. He made a comment about the 66ft but that is to the easement??? But he thinks the lines are inside the easement sooooooo. I’m praying it’s an easy fix but nothing about this has been easy sadly. I’m closing Saturday with the bank though. They said to go ahead with it so I’m praying. Reynold told me to call the front desk Monday to schedule a reinspection but of course reminded me it could take two weeks for him to come back ??. And to call the morning of the day he is coming so we can have someone at the property to dig if needed. What do you need me to do? I know this is not good but I will send you proof that I closed with the bank when I get it. On Thu, Sep 18, 2025 at 4:39?PM Donna Johnson wrote: Did you speak to Reyn. Closing is scheduled for Saturday morning. I’m going to keep praying and keep it. I’m so sad that this is happening. Just one more thing. We do have the surveyor coming back on Saturday to do what is needed. Should I go ahead and schedule inspection for next week? Thank you again for everything. I’m trying to stay positive. At this point I will put the house wherever he says to put it.
