The fee will be $100.00 for environmental health and $40.00 review for land use. Your house permits have expired as well, so there will be a fee of $150.00 to pay once septic is approved. Your RV permit is about to expire in a couple of days. It will be an additional $25.00 permit fee if renewed by Planning. It is valid only for 180 days and you are at that time frame. I am not sure if the power can stay on either. You can be given a one time additional 30 days from the expiration date by Planning to keep the RV out there, but after that you will have to go to the board for approval for an extension. I will need a letter or email stating why you need this 30 day extension on the RV and we will determine then, if it will be granted. I have also included a section out of the UDO, which is the Planning Ordinance that shows the rules about temporary RVs. I believe that I noticed you sent me another email while I was typing this one. Please stay on the same email chain each time you email on the same subject or it can hold up responses and they can get lost in the emails.
