This is essentially the mechanism the get things started with Harnett County Central Permitting. They will be provided the permit by you once the application is approved by the Town, and at that point they’ll usually circulate the plans. The process of filling out the application and it being approved with us shouldn’t take but an hour or two. We don’t have any other standalone authorization documentation. I have copied both a representative from HC Permitting, Town Project Management, as well as the Fire Marshal’s office to at least preliminarily let them know that the Town has indeed signed off on the site plans. While looking at electrical path and potential conflicts we noticed that the service for the building changed from 5/8” to 1 ½”. HRW does not supply either of these sizes.
