Unfortunately, the mobile home permit has expired.  The last inspection was 
done March 6th of 2023.  If you do not call in for an inspection within a year 
the permits expire.  Yours is over 2 years old since last inspection.  You will 
be required to buy permits again, unfortunately.  Also, the old delapidated 
mobile home will need to be gone and everything cleaned up before you can 
get your zoning and then your final inspection for power.  I do apologize for 
this, but this is what will need to happen to get power on home.

Good Morning;
The address is 2627 Bailey Rd Coats, NC
There is the main home and there is a junk, broken, collapsed trailer that we can not 
afford to move off the property that was on the land when our trailer was put on there. . 
All inspections and permits have been done except for final inspection, which can not be 
done until that broke trailer is off the land everything else has been done. I was hoping to 
find out if we can get a waiver for final inspection

mobile home you have been given to live in?  There is nothing we can do 
about your taxes or your situation, unfortunately.  You may  need permits for
